We have been enjoying the fall weather by roasting marshmallows and we’ve already had a couple of fires in the fireplace. Kristen and I did a big freezer cooking day and to end the day, Brad made a fire outside and we sat around the fire, roasted marshmallows and made yummy smores. Brad wanted to make sure he could still use his old tent, so he set that up for the boys to play with while the adults relaxed. You can tell by the next two pictures that my boys definitely enjoyed the smores!!
I can never get a normal smile out of this kid anymore. :-)
Brady decided that he wanted to actually sleep in the tent for the night. Brad thought that sounded like fun too so we set up the air mattress, got lots of blankets and pillows for the two of them. Brad said he was laying there listening to the traffic, then he heard a train coming and decided to call it a night. So, around 10:30 they decided to come back inside. :-)
