We let the kids open their LARGE stockings that my Aunt Sandy had made for them. They were super excited to get to open something and they loved everything that was inside. Thanks Aunt Sandy, they loved them!

Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve was full of anticipation for the kids as they all understood what was going on this year! That morning we baked a birthday cake for Jesus to celebrate His birthday. Brady and Brenna had a lot of fun decorating the cake!

After naps, everyone got dressed up and we headed to church. After church, we always go to my Grandma Alvey's house (aka Gigi). Before we headed out, we were able to snap a few pictures in front my my parents' tree.

After we visited with everyone at my Grandma's house, we headed over to Brad's Grandma's house to visit with everyone there.
After that, we headed back to my parents house to lay out cookies and milk and to sprinkle reindeer food all over the grass so that they wouldn't feel left out!
That left just a little time to read Twas the Night Before Christmas with Grandma Alvey and then head off to bed so Santa could visit!
Once the kiddos were all snug in their beds, the adults were able to sit down and relax for a little bit! Next post.....Christmas morning!!
