First Steps

The past week has brought lots of changes, the most significant of which is Cole took his first steps. We went to TC last weekend to see my Uncle Randy and Aunt Paula and all of a sudden he walkeed from my mom's end table to the chair (only about 1-2 steps). He will still take the 1-2 steps, but hasn't done any more than that yet. We can see his confidence building though because he will do it on his own now sometimes without us encouraging him. We have been busy planning his first birthday. We are so excited for that day to come. I remember sitting in the hospital when he was really sick just hoping and praying that I would get to celebrate that with him and it is almost here!! We are so blessed. Enjoy the pictures from the week.

Cole's newest word is "Hi." He takes the old cell phone, holds it up to his ear and says "Hi" babble, babble, babble. My sister would say that saying "Hi" into a cell phone is the perfect first word for our child. :-)
Crawling to get the camera. So sweet!

So Brady is really into playing hide-n-seek and he is getting really good at it. He used to laugh the entire time he was hiding so it was really easy to find him. Well, the other night he was playing with Brad and Brad COULD NOT find him. He started to get a little concerned and was telling Brady to come out. Low and behold, Brady had gotten into the linen closet and shut the door and was dead silent while he was hiding in there. Brad thought it was so clever that he had to take his picture!

For Valentine's Day my mom and dad got Brady some pretend swords. Brady loves having sword fights with his dad, and I crack up at the intense look on his face while he's doing it!

Baby Grant hanging out in his jumper and Cole thinking that it looked pretty cool!

11 Months old.....where did my baby go?
So big!

Stay tuned for some pictures from our exciting weekend. We had 3 of my girlfriends and their families spend the night on Saturday night. We are all so blessed with wonderful families!
