corn, corn and more corn...

Every year I travel to TC to "do corn." Basically we taken dozens (210 dozen to be exact) and we shuck it, blanch it and cut it off the cob to freeze for the rest of the year. It is a very long day, but we have great company (my parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) and we have yummy corn for the rest of the year. In this case, I would definitely say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here you go...

This is 210 dozen ears of corn. This is what is left of 210 dozen ears of corn once we've cut and frozen the kernals.
