Dear Cole-
Today we are celebrating you little boy! You are two years old! You have changed so much over the last year and I have loved every minute of watching those changes happen. In the last 6 months you have started talking a lot, using multiple word phrases and copying everything we say. You love Elmo, Cars and Buzz Lightyear. You like to watch Little Einsteins (it's the only show you will actually sit and watch for more than 2-3 minutes). You are still an amazing sleeper. You go to bed between 7 and 7:30 and wake up around 6-6:30. You love your "banky" otherwise known as blanky when you sleep. At this point in your life you absolutely adore your older brother and you mimic everything he says and does. You call him "Bady" and he is the second thing you ask for after you wake up ("eat" is the first). Speaking of eating, people watch in amazement as you eat! You would eat all day long if we let you, but we try to limit you to three meals and 2-3 snacks during the day. You can sing most of the alphabet song, although I think it is more because you have memorized it rather than understanding what the alphabet actually is. You still love to snuggle with me and your daddy and one of your favorite sayings is, "mommy's Cole" and then you run and give me a giant hug. One of your favorite things to do is to stand on our bed and then jump off and land on daddy. You also love it when daddy throws you onto the bed (I typically leave the room or just don't watch!). :-) When we pray before dinner, you sit with your hands folded and try to copy whoever is praying (It is absolutely adorable!) This last year has been wonderful and your dad and I are so looking forward to watching you continue to grow. We love you more than you will ever know (at least until you have kids of your own)!
