Kristen's Wedding

Well, all of us are now officially married!  My parents threw their last wedding and the little sister got hitched.  :-)  Kristen was a beautiful bride and they had a beautiful weekend to celebrate their new life together!  Enjoy the pictures.

The Bride and bridesmaids.
Me with my beautiful mama. She definitely doesn't look old enough to have 5 grandchildren!

The "Alvey" girls.

The cutie flower girls.  My Aunt Diane made their sunflowers.  She did such a beautiful job making everything look so beautiful for Kristen's special day!

Look at that cutie!

My fam all dressed up.

The birthday girl!  Kristen and Chad share their wedding day with Brenna's birthday.

The boys and their handsome cousin Spencer.

This was Aunt Kimmie's day!  She acted as our nanny for the day and took care of the boys so Brad and I could fulfill our bridal party responsibilities.  I honestly don't know what we would have done without her and Uncle Scottie!

The cute couple cutting the cake.

Awwww...their first dance as husband and wife.

The couple who has been married the longest.....and I am blessed to call them Grandma and Grandpa!

My grandparents.

Sara and Alex doing their traditional rendition of Meatloaf's song Paradise by the Dashboard Lights.  If you've never witnessed their routine, you have to ask them to do it for you!  So funny!

The Alvey men singing their traditional end of the reception song, "Linda on my mind."

My dad welcoming Chad into the family  and the tradition!

The happy parents celebrating that they don't have to pay for anymore weddings!!  :--)   I can only hope that Brad and I have this much fun together when we have been married 35 years!

GG and her youngest great-grandchild.
It was an absolutely perfect weekend and we couldn't have picked a better spouse for Kristen.  Welcome to the family Chad.....now how about some more nieces/nephews??  :-)
